A recent survey carried out among U.S. college students determined that several companies that manufacture leading beauty brands have been ranked among the Top 100 Ideal Employers.

Procter & Gamble came in at No. 19 on the 2014 Universum Student Survey, up one slot from last year. Johnson & Johnson was ranked at 34, with the L’Oreal Group at 35. LVMH took the 37th spot.

The list was based on data collected between October of last year and January of this year. Universum said it got responses from more than 46,000 undergraduate students.
